This research aims to examine the factors that cause children's lack of good manners in elementary schools and to examine the manners reflected by fifth grade students at SDN Sindanggalih. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method because it involves direct study of the research subject. This method relies on postpositivism philosophy and aims to understand the natural conditions of the research object. The researcher acted as the main instrument in collecting data through triangulation, and data analysis was carried out qualitatively based on the results of research findings regarding the factors causing the lack of good manners in class V elementary school children at SDN Sindanggalih. There are several factors that influence the lack of good manners in elementary school children. The formation of students' polite character is greatly influenced by education, be it education in the family, education in the community environment, and education in the school environment. The factors that cause the lack of good manners in elementary school children are usually obtained from the environment and indeed their character is like that. It is not enough if children are given polite lessons only at school. Kegiatan membaca akan memberikan banyak informasi kepada pembaca sehingga dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih luas. Data kunjungan perpustakaan SD Indonesian Creative School Pekanbaru, menggambarkan kurangnya minat membaca buku cerita siswa yang dapat dibuktikan dengan sedikitnya kunjungan perpustakaan yang dilakukan siswa. Ada beberapa siswa yang berkunjung, namun beberapa dari mereka tidak membaca buku cerita tapi buku-buku ensiklopedia. Untuk memberikan pilihan lain dalam rangka meningkatkan minat membaca buku cerita siswa, SD Indonesian Creative School menggunakan aplikasi Reading A-Z (Digital Library Application). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survey dalam pengumpulan data. Subject penelitian adalah siswa SD Indonesian Creative School Pekanbaru dengan sampel sebanyak 50 siswa yang terdiri dari 23 siswa laki-laki dan 27 siswa perempuan. Employing a quantitative correlational research design, the study involved 30 participants who completed pre-tests and post-tests to measure their listening comprehension. Data collection included a questionnaire capturing usage patterns of TikTok and Instagram Reels and a listening comprehension test using TED-Ed videos. The analysis revealed that short-form content positively correlates with improved listening skills, suggesting that these platforms offer engaging and interactive learning opportunities. However, the study also highlighted potential challenges, such as content quality and distraction risks. Utilizing a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach, the research was conducted over two cycles involving 27 students. Quantitative data were collected through pre-test and post-test evaluations, with improvements analyzed using N-gain scores. The findings reveal significant improvements in students' spelling skills, with average pre-test and post-test scores increasing notably between cycles. In Cycle I, students achieved a moderate level of improvement, while in Cycle II, more than 80% of students reached the desired competency level. This improvement highlights the potential of integrating technology-based tools, such as Spelling City, to create an engaging and interactive learning environment. Additionally, the study underscores the role of gamification, instant feedback, and adaptable word lists in motivating students and fostering sustained engagement. These elements not only enhance spelling accuracy but also contribute to better writing skills and greater learning enthusiasm. Media dikembangkan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) dengan instrumen berupa angket validasi ahli, soal pre-test dan post-test, serta angket respons siswa. Hasil validasi menunjukkan media sangat valid dengan persentase kevalidan 96,43%. Efektivitas diukur melalui Ngain dan menunjukkan hasil yang termasuk kategori tinggi. Respons siswa terhadap penggunaan media yang dikembangkan ini sangat positif, mencapai 92,3% di kelas IV-A dan 96,3% di kelas IV-B. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques carried out online through google form using a questionnaire. Respondents or informants in this study were elementary school teachers in the Bekasi City or Regency area. The results showed that extracurricular activities have a significant positive impact on student development, both academically and non-academically. Students involved in these activities showed increased self-confidence, independence and social skills, as well as being more critical, disciplined, creative and motivated to learn. The supportive environment in extracurricular activities contributes to the development of students' positive attitudes and behaviors, helping them learn to work together, become responsible leaders, and care for the environment. These activities also encourage students to actively participate, with motivational support from teachers who help them recognize their interests and talents and provide appreciation for achievements. The method of the research used quantitative research and for the design of the research is Quasi- Experimental research with one group by using pre-test and post-test in experimental class. Students test was used by the writer to collect the data through pre-test and post-test.
