This study discusses the dakwah approach model applied by Al-Khaadem Malaysia in strengthening faith and accompanying converts through the New Muslim Community (NMC) program. Al-Khaadem, founded by Dato' Hussain Yee, is a dakwah and social institution that emphasizes dakwah based on compassion (rahmah) and service (khidmah). The background of this study stems from the importance of comprehensive and sustainable guidance for converts amid social challenges and their spiritual needs after embracing Islam. The purpose of this study is to analyze the form and effectiveness of Al-Khaadem's dakwah approach in creating humanistic, spiritual, and inclusive guidance for converts. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through direct observation at a seminar at Al-Khaadem Malaysia in October 2025, informal interviews with Dato' Hussain Yee, and secondary source searches from websites, the Al-Khaadem YouTube channel, and related journals. The results of the study show that Al-Khaadem's approach to dakwah not only increases converts' religious understanding but also strengthens their spiritual and social well-being through guidance programs, mentoring, and community activities. The Al-Khaadem dakwah model has proven to be effective in building a dakwah ecosystem oriented towards compassion, exemplary behavior, and service, and can serve as a reference for other dakwah institutions in the development of sustainable conversion programs.
